Delete your OpSpot account

You can delete your OpSpot account and the personal data we store for that account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the OpSpot app on your phone.
2. Sign in if you are not already signed in (Apple or Google).
3. Go to the Profile tab.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm when prompted.

You do not need an account to browse spots on the map. Account deletion only applies if you created an account by signing in.

What we delete

When you delete your account, we remove from our systems:

• Your account and sign-in identity
• Your profile (display name and profile photo)
• Saved spots and lists linked to your account
• Collaboration memberships on shared lists you joined

What we may keep

• Anonymized or aggregated usage analytics that can no longer be linked to you as an individual
• Support or feedback messages you sent us (we can delete these on request — email us below)
• Records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, if any apply

Can't access the app?

Email hello@opspotapp.com from the email address on your account (or tell us which sign-in provider you used). We will verify your request and delete your account within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
